Customer Service Assistant
UniCapGT is an international reseller specializing in the buying, selling, leasing, and short-term-rental of IBM server and storage hardware. Established in July 2003 by a young management team, UniCapGT has offices in Denmark, UK, and Germany.
We are currently looking for a full time experienced sales/customer service assistant that is willing to work in a fast-paced, informal, international, and hardworking environment. Your duties would include, but not be limited to, assisting in:
- Logistics
- Part sales
- Deal / Project coordination
- Order processing
- And processing of returned merchandise (RMA)
English is a must and additional language skills would be considered a big plus.
